Life Assistant · effective 29 August 2026

Scope

Life Assistant is a private automation tool operated by a single individual for their own personal use. It has no customers and no other users, and it is not offered to the public. The only Google accounts it accesses are ones the operator personally controls and has explicitly authorised.

Google user data accessed

With that authorisation, the application is permitted to:

Data is accessed only to carry out a task the operator has asked for. It is not used for advertising, profiling, resale, market research, or to train or improve any generally available machine-learning model.

Processors

To produce summaries, drafts and answers, content may be sent to the following providers, each acting solely as a processor on the operator's instruction:

Google user data is never sold, never transferred for advertising or credit-assessment purposes, and never shared with any other person or organisation.

Life Assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

Access credentials are held in storage restricted to the operator's own account and are not shared. Message, document and calendar content is read on demand and is not copied into any separate database. Output is written only to the operator's own private storage. There is no shared datastore, and this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately invalidates the application's credentials.

Changes

If these practices change, this page will be updated and the effective date above revised.
